Who writes this, and why it can be checked
An independent guide with one editor, a stated funding model, and a dated source behind every number.
How the pages here are put together
Facts come from the operator's own published pages: the help centre, the pricing page, the announcements list and the terms. Each figure on this site names the article it came from and the day it was read, so a reader who disagrees can go to the same source rather than arguing with a summary.
Nothing here is a transcription. Policy text is reorganised around the decision a shopper is actually making, which is usually spread across three or four articles that never link to each other. Where the operator quotes itself, the quotation is marked as a quotation.
Where two official pages disagree, both are shown. Three such disagreements are documented on the fees page. Picking the friendlier of two official numbers would make this site look tidier and leave you worse informed.
How this is paid for
Links from this site to the agent and to the product catalogue may carry a referral tag. If you sign up or order after following one, this site may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That is the entire funding model: no sponsored placements, no paid reviews, no advertising.
What that buys the reader is a specific obligation. Commission creates a reason to be positive, so the material that protects you from that is the material this site goes out of its way to publish: the exclusions list, the three places official numbers disagree, the categories where buying evidence costs you a return, and the paragraph on the help page about when to use someone else.
This site is not operated by the agent, holds no money, takes no orders, and cannot intervene in a dispute. For anything about an actual order, the operator's own service channels are the only route that works.

Corrections and contact
If a price has moved, a policy has changed, or something here is simply wrong, say so and it will be fixed and dated. Corrections are the cheapest form of accuracy available to a site like this one.
Write to [email protected]. Include the page and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts what is written. Changes are recorded on the updates page, which also lists when each group of facts was last read.
For questions about your own order, this site cannot help, and sending them here only delays you. The operator publishes a service address, a hotline and an escalation address, all listed on the help page.
